What we see today is a lot of Relaunch Plans.
Everybody thinks : "We need a relaunch plan for the economy".
But I think :
"Why do we want to relaunch something that is going straight into the wall ?"
"Isn't it a good time to change direction ?"
So, let's relaunch the competitive machine until we crash in the same wall again. Or should I say until we blow the next bubble.

good point - tell Obama's ;-)
In fact, those relaunch plans are there such that we relaunch consumption to save our own jobs. So we are going to give our own money to save our own jobs.
The problem is that part of this money will not come back to us. It will go in the pocket of the capital holders in the form of dividends(if there are benefits, but there will because companies are now cutting costs).
Our governments have decided to make new debts for us.
So the next risk is the bankruptcy of our governments, i.e. our own.
